All information, by which your identity can be determined, are personal data. This includes, for example your name or address etc. General information, by which your identity can not be determined, for example the browser used by you, are not personal data.
Usage of personal data by us/cookies
If you visit our website, our webserver saves the IP-address of your internet service provider, the website from which you visit us, the websites you call up on our sites, as well as the date and the duration of your visit, by default. This data is needed for safety purposes. Additionally we use this data anonimyzed to improve the layout of our website.
For this we also use cookies, which are necessery for advertisements and the login-procedure. Cookies are little text files which are saved on your pc when you vistit our website. They help us to improve our website. Additionally we use them to allocate your user-settings and to provide features. You can deactivate cookies on your browser. In this case it might be possible that you can not use the entire functionality of our website.
Furthermore we save your stated personal data at your registration and payment. Also the data required for the membership of our communtiy as well as data required to carry out contracts will be stored. If you participate in our community beyond that (e.g. by uploading photos, creating forum contributions etc.), your data will be saved to your personal sedcard and will be published under your stated name.
Furhtermore we want to use your data to adapt our website to your profile, to inform you about our and our partner's offers and services and to ask your opinion in special cases. You can turn off this option in your settings.
If you unsubscribe on PhoMoCo, your data will be deleted, as far as possible and legally allowed, within 2 months at the latest. We will remove all the information you stated at your registration, your uploaded mediafiles and your received messages. We are legally commited to save certain data, like payment data for tax reasons. If you took active part in the community, like forum postings, comments etc., your contributions will be saved after the termination of your membership. The same applies for your reactions to our newsletters.
Actions, service-offers and service providers
If you join our actions, like contests, surveys, raffles etc., it might happen that you are entering other data which are stored by us. It is also possible that personal data might be forwarded to our partners, as far as it is necessary to carry out that certain action (e.g. sending prices to winners). The same applies for service-offers, for example shops, that are carried out by our partners.
Advertising and Links
Our site shows advertising of third parties and links to websites we are not responsible for. In this scope your IP-number might be forwarded to third parties for technical reasons. We will not link your IP-number to your master file data.

On demand we inform you which kind of personal data is saved on our server. It might happen that - in spite of our effort to keep your data correctly and updated - the information we saved is wrong. In this case we will correct it on demand.
