Partial act, act and generous act are wellcome.
The winning photos may be used by PhoMoCo in a coverage (eg news report
or press release) about this contest in all media free of charge and
with attribution of the photographer. The participant in the event of
publication on request the image without copyright notices in a print
quality. Another - in particular commercial use – of the pictures are
not done.
All other copyrights remain by the contest participants.
The
participant warrants that he or she owns all rights to the submitted
image, the image is free of third party rights, as well as the
representation of persons injured in any personality rights. If the
pictures show one or more persons identified, the parties concerned have
to be in agreement that the image is published. The participant will
assure foregoing request in writing. However, should third party claims
for infringement of their rights, so hold the participant PhoMoCo OG
free from all claims.
With the addition of a picture to this
contest you acknowledge that all rights of the photos are with you and
the image is free of third party rights.
If you -for example-
are working as a model and you want to add a picture to the contest our
recommend to you is that you think about your intention to consult with
the copyright holder.
The PhoMoCo OG reserves the right to exclude photos submitted for the contest without giving a reason.
Open
to all members of PhoMoCo that have the necessary for the contest of
profile. Prerequisite for participation is that the images be submitted
as digital image files over the Internet portal
http://www.phomoco.com. This requires a prior registration (log-in).
In addition there are the terms and conditions of PhoMoCo OG.
